The Ronans

I was quite surprised to see so many new entries there today. John’s efforts have finally taken off!!
It may be exam time but its good to hear the weather is good down in Oz. It hasn’t been the best over here ……. A few more transatlantic flights & I’ll have the airmiles to come and visit!!

No news major news from teh midatlantic region. The whole knee operation has been put on the long finger. Seemingly from all my exercise, my knee is good and strong and hasn’t had a set back so the surgeon doesn’t think the trauma of surgery is necessary as yet. I start back at softball next week and hopefully tennis before the end of the year and well that’ll be a good test for it.

Am heading to nY this weekend for some much needed shopping & spa treatments & etc etc…..The whole trip is going to be so much fun. Even paying for stuff will be a novelty. That may sound strange but to give an example, we are booked into a Spa and we are getting a Manicure, Pedicure & Body Massage for the cost of a Manicure here in lovely Bermuda.

Oh and the food..It’ll be sooo nice to not drop $75 per person for an average dinner. I can’t wait:-)

Anyway moving on….Christmas dinner…the “Arms”?? I’m curious as to why there…

It is now officially HOT! This morning walking through the park at around 07.30 the heat in the sun was incredible. It is currently 33 C and it looks as thought we are in for a scorcher of a summer. The water should be starting to warm up soon and so it will be to the beach on the weekends.

There is general exam panic in the air as Michael and Helen are in their final semester – it will all be good and they are on their way to Europe for Christmas, Michael more attracted to the continental way of life though! I am looking forward to the cooler weather in November I have to say. No NY or Bermuda visits this time though. Hopefully soon! Stephen

The cousins christmas dinner has been organised for Clonmel on the 22nd of December.

The Venue is the Clonmel Arms Hotel, sitting for 8.30pm.

The reason for the change of venue it to make the decision of accommodation much easier. There is loads of room in Chez Ronans courtesy of Mammy and Daddy Ronan, so everyone can stay there!

Wooooohhh this is so cool and exciting to be able to add to a website. Sounds a bit silly but what a great way to communicate. I looked up that Sky ISP telephony thing but am not sure that I can make it work from the office. I will see if it is possible from home.

Nothing much wild to report from here other than the weather is warm and summer approaches – Maurice will not belive this. Wanted to add photos of recent admission as solicitor in Ireland but cannot do so – John Help!!!!

Finally (I think) I have the server sorted. Its now running off an ADSL line in my house. Apologies for the interruptions. All we need now is for ‘theronans’ to start putting stuff on here.
